ONLINE PURCHASES

Takkens.shoes wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out and an item(s) need to be returned.items need to be returned. We will happily refund any unworn merchandise with the original packaging, labeling, and/or tags, and your packing list within 30 days of the purchase date. Items that are returned in a box that has been damaged, or with missing packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund price.
We encourage you to try on the items you have purchased to make sure that you are happy with the style and fit. Please try any footwear in your home on a carpeted, clean area. Unfortunately we cannot accept and issue a refund for product that is worn.
